Widows Empowerment Trust is a registered charity that helps to tackle isolation and loneliness among widows. We also provide support to widowers, and others in need and going through bereavement.

We deliver:

• Practical workshops
• Meals out
• Day trips out
• Pampering sessions

We need to purchase a bus, so we can provide help to people with mobility problems and lack of transport. Transportation is one of the biggest barriers we face in helping people going through bereavement.

Bereavement is a very tough time for widows and widowers, and the range of services we provide help to give the emotional, social and practical support that they need.
